Accommodation and food covered for English lessons for kids

I am looking for a native English speaker with some teaching experience or skills to play with children for a language exchange arrangement.
The proposed arrangement would imply offering accommodation and food in Madrid along with the opportunity to live and practice Spanish with a local family, in exchange for some English support with children of 8 and 11 years of age.

Timetable would also allow to attend Spanish classes in the afternoons. This would be during an agreed summer period of 4 to 6 weeks max (from 20th June till end July latest), and I am currently looking for 2 students (for 2 different families, though based very close, 5 minutes away).

Comfortable 3 bedroom flat in a very secure residential area, with unrestricted and free swimming pool access.
Public transport connections to the centre of Madrid (30 min by tube). Tube station about 12 min walk from home.
